Support Details

Support contracts are active for twelve months from receipt of official purchase order. Above response times are for England only, Wales, Scotland & Ireland POA. Response times are timed from receipt of call & indicates maximum amount of time for on-site arrival of service engineer. Standard working hours 09:00 – 17:00 GMT excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Identisys cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances that prevent arrival within agreed timeframe.
