This personalisation technology adds perceived value to the card and is suitable for all market sizes from small membership id card requirements to large scale bank card issuance and large plastic card personalisation bureaus. All plastic id card embossing systems can be upgraded to encode magnetic stripes, indent infill ribbon on plastic cards and transfer data using contact and contactless smart cards.
