Response times are based on working hours and timed from receipt of call & indicates maximum amount of time for on-site arrival of service engineer. Standard working hours 09:00 - 17:00 GMT excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Identisys cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances that prevent arrival within agreed timeframe.
