Card Mailing Systems

Plastic card mailing systems are used to personalise letters, often referred to as, “carriers,” and attach personalised plastic cards. The letter, carrying the personalised plastic card, is then folded and inserted into an envelope. The envelope is sealed and ready for mailing to the individual end users. The mailing system can be attached “in-line” to any of the CIM range of pro-series card personalisation equipment or operated standalone. The mailing systems can use a variety of technologies, such as magnetic stripe, barcode, contact chip or contactless chip to read back to the database for the carrier personalisation information.
