Card Mailing Systems

Plastic id bureau fulfillment mailing systems are a combination of id thermal card printers and the latest plasic id card embossing technology, whilst personalised letters are laser printed, often referred to as, “carriers,” and attached to the personalised plastic id cards. The customers letter, carrying the personalised plastic card, can be folded and inserted into an envelope. The envelope is sealed and ready for daily mailing to the company's individual end users. The mailing system can be attached “in-line” to any of the Matica and CIM range of pro-series id card personalisation equipment or operated standalone. The plasic id card mailing systems can use a variety of technologies, such as magnetic stripe, barcode, contact chip or contactless chip to read back to the database for the carrier's personalised information which will then be printed on the letter front.
